The job
We need a builder.
No playbook. You’ll write it.
Report to the CEO. Work with sales every day. Expect direct involvement from the chairmanship.
Lead a small team of 2–3.
What you’ll do
- Build our marketing engine: brand, digital, content, CRM, analytics.
- Arm sales with killer assets: decks, videos, campaigns.
- Own congresses, events, and training.
- Make hard science simple and memorable.
- Push digital and AI tools to the limit.

- Strategic thinker + hands-on doer.
- Digital native, fluent in new tech.
- Energy, drive, edge.
- B2B/healthcare background is a plus, not a must.
