Instrument Assembly Production Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in the Instrument Assembly Department. Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test instruments according to detailed specifications and engineering drawings.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure all instruments meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Document production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to the relevant departments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Profile & key qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in instrument assembly or related industries.
• Previous experience with electronics & software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
