
Instrument Assembly Production Worker
The role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in the Instrument Assembly Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the assembly and production of precision instruments, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are always followed. Key responsibilities
- Assemble and test instruments according to detailed specifications and engineering drawings.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure all instruments meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Document production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to the relevant departments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Profile & key qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in instrument assembly or related industries.
- Previous experience with electronics & software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when necessary.
