Dine arbejdsopgaver:

• Ansvarlig for det team som håndterer Air Sort Operation i Kolding og Billund Lufthavn
• Skiftende arbejdstider mellem kl. 05.00 og 23.00 (37 timer pr. uge)
• Sikre at alle dine medarbejdere er motiverede og behandles retfærdigt og i overensstemmelse med FedEx værdier
• Tilsikre opnåelse af afdelingens KPI’er
• Ansvarlig for at skabe forbedringer og optimeringer
• Sikre træning og udvikling af kompetencer i teamet
• Overholde Trafikstyrelsens regler og lovkrav

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor for Air and Warehouse.

What you will be doing

• Supervising a team of Handlers and Air Sort Operations in Kolding and Billund Airport
• Working flexible shifts between 05:00 and 23:00 (37 hours per week)
• Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service-level targets
• Ensuring your team follows safe, secure, and compliant working practices during each shift
• Driving continuous improvements and optimizations
• Overseeing training and skills development within the team
• Ensuring compliance with air network regulations

What you bring

• Strong leadership skills with experience in change management
• Ability to manage both your own time and your team’s time effectively, with strong attention to detail and quality
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
• A strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A true team player who contributes new ideas and adds value to the Supervisor team
• Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a strong sense of compliance
• A problem-solving mindset, seeing opportunities rather than obstacles
• A valid driver’s license (mandatory)
• Ability to pass an extended police background check (mandatory)
