
Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO

We are on an exciting growth journey and are looking for a skilled Executive/Personal Assistant who, with an independent approach, is ready to engage in a challenging trading environment. You are service-minded and possess a genuine interest and capability in communication. In this newly created position, you will play a key role in supporting the CEO of CM Biomass.
A versatile role with focus on, strategy, communication and administrative tasks
In this position, you will experience a varied and multifaceted workday in a company that values professionalism and results. We are seeking a skilled and proficient individual to support our CEO across a wide range of tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating activities across companies, managing meetings and travel arrangements and you will play an active role in our coming strategic processes. A key task of the role will involve preparing presentations and managing internal and external communication. As you will work closely with senior management and participate in leadership meetings, you will be responsible for drafting minutes and converting them into actionable items. For this reason, prior experience with handling confidential information is crucial. Furthermore, you will, in close cooperation with management, take part in analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying key areas for improvement, and creating actionable points to guide the organization's focus and strategic initiatives.
Your key tasks will include:
- Participating in projects and ensuring follow-up
- Supporting executive management work
- Contributing to various communication projects and storytelling, both on the intranet and on external communication channels
- Various ad hoc tasks – e.g. purchasing, decoration of the office and general office management tasks
We are offering a wide role that requires a loyal and trustworthy professional, who will thrive not only in supporting our CEO, but also in contributing across the wider organization. The position will be based in our new office in Copenhagen, and some travel will be expected in this role - often together with the CEO. It may also involve engaging in trade fairs and coordinating our involvement in these events.
A proactive and diligent Executive/Personal Assistant with solid reliability
You are diligent, driven, and committed to delivering results. It is important that you act with initiative in your areas of responsibility. With positive outlook, you thrive in a changing, growth-oriented environment and work in a structured manner with strong attention to detail. High-level written and verbal communication abilities in both Danish and English are required. It is important that you commit to teamwork, understand that we support each other in the office, and approach every task—big or small—with focus and professionalism
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience as EA or PA from a Commercial/Trading organisation.
- Consistent, solution-oriented, and innovative
- Keen eye for detail, proficient administrative skills, and proficient written communication abilities
- Highly versatile and resourceful
- Proficient relationship-building skills
- Demonstrates solid IT knowledge with a focus on processes and systems - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
