Produktionsleder Samling, Print og Pak

Vi søger en produktionsleder til at lede vores Samling, Print og Pak-afdelinger på to lokationer: Hillerød og Farum. Med omkring 40 kompetente operatører fordelt på treholdsskift, udgør denne stilling en nøglefunktion i den daglige ledelse, med direkte indflydelse på produktionens performance, stabilitet og skalerbarhed.

Din rolle

Som produktionsleder har du ansvaret for den daglige drift og for at sikre, at mål for sikkerhed, kvalitet og effektivitet bliver opfyldt. Du skaber klarhed, struktur og ansvarlighed samt coacher og udvikler et team af operatører og teamledere. En vigtig del af rollen er at identificere og implementere procesforbedringer i tæt samarbejde med dine teamledere og vores tekniske chef, så vi sikrer stabil maskindrift og højt output.

Dine ansvarsområder

• Ledelse af produktionen inden for Samling, Print & Pak på begge lokationer
• Sikre opfyldelse af mål for sikkerhed, kvalitet, levering og effektivitet
• Sætte retning for forbedringsindsatser, der skaber synlige og målbare gevinster
• Planlægning af skift og bemanding på tværs af treholdsskift
• Udvikling og ledelse af ca. 40 operatører, inkl. performance management
• Samarbejde med teknisk chef og temaledere for at forbedre og optimere maskinudnyttelse og produktionsresultater
• Sikre tydelig kommunikation og koordinering mellem skift og funktioner

Din profil

• Dokumenteret ledererfaring fra produktionsmiljø
• Erfaring med produktions- og procesoptimering
• Erfaring med ledelse af timelønnede og skiftarbejde
• Naturlig leder med struktureret og praktisk tilgang
• Flydende i både dansk og engelsk

Production Manager for Assembly, Print & Pack

Location: Hillerød & Farum, Denmark

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Assembly, Print, and Pack operations across two sites in Hillerød and Farum. With approximately 40 skilled operators working in a three-shift setup, this is a key leadership role with direct impact on the performance, stability, and scalability of our production.

Your role:

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of operators and frontline leaders, creating clarity, structure, and accountability. A central part of the role is identifying and executing process and production improvements, in close collaboration with your team leads and our Technical Manager to ensure stable machine performance and high output.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead production operations across Assembly, Print & Pack on two locations
• Ensure production goals are met for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact
• Manage shift planning and workforce allocation across 3 shifts
• Develop and lead a team of approx. 40 operators, incl. performance management
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager to optimize machine uptime and output
• Secure clear communication and coordination between shifts and functions

Your profile:

• Proven leadership experience in a production environment
• Strong track record within production and process optimization
• Experience managing hourly employees and shift operations
• Natural leader with a structured and hands-on approach
• Fluent in English and Danish
