Evening Operations Inspector – Join Our Night Team in Køge!

We’re looking for an Evening Operations Inspector to join our United Facility Partners team in Køge. This is your chance to play a key role in leading our evening shift, making sure our customers end their day with spotless results – and our team ends theirs with a smile.

United Facility Partners, founded in 2020, is a professional cleaning and facility service company serving medium and large businesses across Zealand and Lolland-Falster. We’re known for high quality, honesty, and a close, trust-based collaboration with both our customers and our team.
Your Evening Mission
- Onboarding new customers during afternoon and evening hours.
- Quality inspections at customer locations – ensuring our high standards are met.
- Coaching and motivating evening staff to deliver their very best.
- Handling last-minute changes such as sickness or holiday cover.
- Coordinating schedules and reports using Office 365.
- Supporting HQ operations in Køge when needed.
About You
- An outgoing, hands-on leader who inspires and guides the evening crew.
- Experienced in the cleaning industry (a big plus).
- Organised, solution-focused, and calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English – Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Digitally skilled (Office 365).
- Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
- Fully flexible and happy to work primarily in the evening.
