Cultivation Team Member
Ready to join the Tetra Pharm Technologies family? We're a dynamic Danish Biotech Company seeking vibrant and committed individuals to join our Cultivation team at our production site in Ølstykke.
As a vital member of our Cultivation team, you will be at the forefront of growing plants for medicinal use, adhering to strict guidelines from the Danish Medicines Agency. You will help shape and establish workflows for controlled processes, ensuring a seamless transition towards a structured and fully controlled operational GMP environment.
Your working hours will be 37 hours a week, including public holidays and occasional work on weekends.
Previous experience working with plant production is not required, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to ensure your success.

- Organized and Detail-Oriented – Ability to maintain structure, order and a strong attention to detail all while ensuring accuracy in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience working in a clean and strictly regulated hygienic environment is considered an advantage.
Your Responsibilities as part of our Cultivation Team
- Plant Monitoring – Measure pH, EC, and conduct disease checks.
- Cultivation Techniques – Handle tasks like taking cuttings, pruning, harvesting, and executing fertilizer mixtures.
- Cleaning – Ensure cleanliness and preparation of production areas and equipment.
- Record-Keeping – Complete logbooks, batch journals and other documentation.
- Knowledge Sharing – Collaborate with your colleagues by sharing insights and expertise.
- Participating in establishing structured workflows for controlled processes on our new production site
