Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy & Business Development Associate to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the execution of our strategic priorities. You will work closely with initiative owners across the business to translate strategic plans into measurable results, prepare and assess business cases, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with our overall company objectives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to top-level decision-making while working on initiatives that shape the future of our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and monitor KPIs & milestones
- Build business cases and financial models to guide decision-making
- Research markets, competitors, and trends to identify opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO, Management Team, and Board
- Act as a sparring partner to initiative owners and support cross-functional projects
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar
- 2–4 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or business development
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a knack for clear, compelling communication
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
