Performance Marketing Manager

European Sperm Bank is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth & Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels—driving measurable growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI. Your work will directly support our mission: to provide families around the world with safe, informed access to donor sperm.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of performance marketing initiatives across search, social, and emerging platforms. From audience segmentation and media planning to creative testing and budget optimization, you'll run full-funnel campaigns that convert. Using tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and GA4, you’ll monitor performance, conduct experiments, and translate insights into business impact.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing high-performing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and budget management
  • Proficiency in key tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and performance dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead agency partnerships
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution

  • Performance Marketing Ownership
    Own and evolve ESB’s performance marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness across paid channels—including SEM, paid social, and more.
  • Channel Diversification
    Explore and test new platforms (e.g., programmatic, Snapchat, Reddit) to expand reach, enhance cost efficiency, and strengthen market resilience.
  • Strategy & Execution
    Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive acquisition and engagement across core markets and segments.
  • Business Analysis
    Support commercial analysis efforts by interpreting data trends and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Agency Management
    Serve as the main liaison to our external marketing agency—ensuring they deliver impactful, aligned campaigns.
  • Budget & KPI Ownership
    Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget efficiently. Define, track, and optimize KPIs to balance growth and ROI.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    Work closely with Digital, Content, Commercial, Brand & Communication, and Client Care to align on goals and create seamless customer journeys.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    Leverage customer journey data and marketing channel analytics to inform ongoing optimization and strategic planning.
  • Brand Stewardship
    Ensure all marketing activities consistently reflect ESB’s brand values and voice across all touchpoints.
