We are seeking dedicated Production Technicians

We are seeking 3 dedicated Production Technicians to join our team in Aarhus, working to ensure high-quality standards in our growing electrode production.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with deadline 01. August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production lines as part of the production team
• Collaborate with R&D on developing new testing methods and product improvements
• Support and oversee the production line for electrodes, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality benchmarks
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to improve production efficiency

There will be a rotating shift basis to cover the 24/7 production in high demand periods. Hours outside of ordinary working hours will be compensated.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background within Electro (incl. Electricians) or Automation with experience with PLC programming
• Electricians, PLC-programmers, lab.-technicians as well as plastic makers, who can weld on PP (polypropylene).
• Fluency in English, both written and oral, and Danish (preferably minimum B2 level according to the CERF)
  
• Preferred:
  • Experience from electroplating, other metal coating or other chemical production industry
  • Experience in handling of dangerous goods and bulk chemicals (use of PPE, emergency procedures, spill handling, safe storage practices, etc.)
  • Experience operating and maintaining equipment used for the handling of bulk chemicals and plant maintenance
  • Experience in participation during risk assessments
  • Experience in data collection /collaboration with R&D.
