Customer Supporter – European Aerospace Market

Are you sales driving and do you want to help us giving our customers the best service?

Leki Aviation is expanding the sales team and we are looking for a Customer Supporter to join us. We are searching for a candidate who can upsell to customers, deal with inquiries, process orders and troubleshoot via phone and email – the goal is to sell and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

As a customer supporter you should be able to prioritize and manage workloads, respond to customers with efficiency and sometimes provide answers to complex inquiries related to ordering parts and services. If you have a general knowledge of aircraft spares it is great – but if you don’t, we will teach you.

We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic and with a high level of energy, persistence and "can do" attitude. It is also very important for us, that you have a high professional integrity and ethical standards. You will be working independently, in a young, global team on site at our Global Headquarters located in Kastrup, Denmark.

Your main responsibilities will include

As a customer supporter you will be working with processing customer requests, orders and upselling. You will provide customers with information on availability, cost, delivery etc.

It is your job to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up to meet customer expectation as well as building relationships with new and existing customer and identify and provide product solutions.

Your profile and skills

  • You are a team player who can also work independently
  • You have 2-3 years of customer service/sales support experience.
  • Experience in the B2B support environment.
  • Experience in the Aviation Industry is desirable, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbal and written.
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Basic understanding of Danish Language is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 – Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Dine hovedansvarsområder

Som Customer Supporter vil du arbejde med at behandle kundernes forespørgsler, ordrer og lave mersalg. Du vil give kunderne information om tilgængelighed, pris, levering mv.

Det er dit ansvar at sikre kundetilfredshed og følge op for at opfylde kundernes forventninger, samtidig med at du bygger relationer med både nye og eksisterende kunder og identificerer produktrelateret løsninger.

Din profil og færdigheder

  • Du er en teamplayer, men kan også arbejde selvstændigt.
  • Du har 2-3 års erfaring med kundeservice/salgsstøtte.
  • Erfaring fra B2B-supportmiljø er en fordel.
  • Erfaring indenfor luftfartsindustrien er ønskeligt, men ikke et krav.
  • Fremragende kommunikationsevner på alle niveauer, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Du behersker engelsk flydende, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
  • Grundlæggende forståelse af dansk er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Fortrolig med brug af Office 365 – Outlook, Microsoft Word og Excel.
