Student Assistant to join our QA team based in Ballerup

At LiqTech in Ballerup, we have more than 20 years of experience, working in production and development of patented ceramic products. To be more specific, we produce ceramic membranes for different types of water, oil- and gas treatment, as well as diesel particle filters for e.g. heavy vehicles.

Every day we work actively to reduce negative environmental impact, and our products support – both on land and on water – the green transition on a global scale.

We are looking for a student assistant to support our QA department with various task.

What will you do?

The position as a student assistant in the Quality Department at LiqTech Ceramics covers a wide range of different areas. Some of your tasks will be:

• Helping manage and maintain chemical inventory
• Supporting internal calibration
• Digitalizing data collection in the company
• Handling data from control plans and assisting in analyzing results
• Assisting in projects focused on optimizing product processes and setting standards for our products
• Helping maintain our Quality Management System in D4InfoNet
• Performing laboratory analyses to support quality control or customer claims (e.g., SEM analysis, viscosity, and particle size)
• Supporting the health and safety area with mini-projects, such as filtration of process water from production
• Ad-hoc tasks

It is important to state that the position includes both routine tasks and varied work or projects where you can drive the direction yourself.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, in the 3rd-7th semester of the B.Sc. or 1st-2nd semester of the M.Sc.
• Able to work 1-2 days per week, around 10-15 hours
• A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality
• Interest in learning about ISO standards and compliance
• Experience with experimental work is an advantage
• Independent, organized, and responsible
• Great understanding and a flair for IT
• Competent in both written and spoken English
