Jobbet

Du bliver i tæt samarbejde med supportteamet i Technical Services og udviklingsteamet til vores ”trouble-shooter” på de udfordringer, som vores kunder oplever med installation og/eller drift af Q-Interline’s løsninger på både hardware og software. Vores kunder er hovedsageligt i fødevareindustrien og den farmaceutiske industri. Sammen med dine kollegaer får du ansvaret for monitorering, logning og struktureret fejlsøgning på vores kunders installationer. Servicering sker ude hos kunderne, remote eller i vores værksted i Tølløse. Du bliver salgsteamets tekniske ansvarlige, når nye installationer skal implementeres.

Primært arbejdssted er Q-Interline i Tølløse, ligesom du må forvente 40-60 rejsedage pr. år i Danmark og i udlandet.

Hvem er du?

Måske har du en uddannelse som elektronikmekaniker eller lignende. Du må gerne have bredt IT-kendskab, herunder til Windows platform, netværk, installation af forskellige hardware / software. Du er vant til at arbejde med remote access til kunders systemer, brug af diagnose software til fejlsøgning, test og konfiguration.

Erfaring og forståelse for funktion af mekaniske komponenter, f.eks. servo- og stepmotorer, vil være en fordel. Hvis du har kendskab til OPC og ModBUS er det en fordel men ikke et krav. Vigtigst er, at du er nysgerrig og har nemt ved at tilegne dig ny viden.

• Du er løsningsorienteret og har kunderne i fokus
• Du har evnen til at strukturere support, reparation & installationsopgaver
• Du arbejder proaktivt, griber opgaverne og tager fuldt ejerskab til løsningen er gennemført
• Du er udadvendt og har let ved at omgås forskellige mennesker
• Du er stærk både til mundtlig og skriftlig dansk og engelsk
• Du har kørekort til almindelig bil

Electromechanical Technician/Technician with a Flair and Interest in Software

At Q-Interline, a company on an exciting growth journey, we are looking for a Service Technician who wants to deliver unique and qualified service to our existing and new customers worldwide.

The Job

In close collaboration with the support team in Technical Services as well as the development team, you will become our “trouble-shooter” for the challenges our customers face with the installation and/or operation of Q-Interline’s solutions—both hardware and software. Our customers are primarily in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for monitoring, logging, and structured troubleshooting of our customers' installations. Service is performed on-site at customer locations, remotely, or in our technical lab in Tølløse. You will also be the technical lead for the sales team when new installations are to be implemented.

Your primary workplace will be at Q-Interline in Tølløse, and you should expect 40–60 travel days per year, both in Denmark and abroad.

Who Are You?

You may have a background as an electromechanical technician or similar. A broad knowledge of IT is a plus, including experience with the Windows platform, networking, and installation of various hardware/software. You are used to working with remote access to customer systems and using diagnostic software for troubleshooting, testing, and configuration. Experience and understanding of mechanical components such as servo and stepper motors are an advantage. Familiarity with OPC and ModBUS is a plus but not required. Most importantly, you are curious and quick to acquire new knowledge.

• You are solution-oriented and customer-focused
• You can structure support, repair, and installation tasks
• You work proactively, take initiative, and take full responsibility until the task is completed
• You are outgoing and comfortable interacting with different people
• You are proficient in written and spoken English
• You hold a standard driver’s license
