We’re seeking a dynamic Integrated Supply Chain Planning & Execution Manager to lead and align our end-to-end supply chain operations - including S&OP, S&OE, Order Fulfillment, and Material Control & Logistics.

What You'll Do

You will step into a high-impact role, essential in connecting long-term strategic planning with seamless day-to-day execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure material availability, streamline inventory, and elevate our delivery performance, all while championing continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead Strategic Planning & Execution

• Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process - aligning demand forecasts with supply capabilities, financial goals, and fulfillment capacity.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver a unified demand plan that ensures timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Use scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies to improve fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction.

Plans into Action

• Oversee Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), transforming strategic plans into clear, short-term executional priorities.
• Monitor supply chain performance in real-time-resolving variances and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate across production, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment to drive excellence in order processing and delivery.

Lead Material Control & Logistics

• Manage inventory planning, warehouse operations, and logistics to optimize stock levels and minimize excess.
• Drive best-in-class inbound and outbound logistics, transportation planning, and carrier performance.
• Ensure full adherence to RealTruck’s manufacturing standards and champion our company values across your team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven success leading S&OP, S&OE, and Fulfillment functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
