Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re now looking for a talented and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take the lead on driving full occupancy for our properties in Denmark, Poland, Germany and Sweden, while elevating the digital customer journey across all touchpoints. You’ll play a central role in ensuring that thousands of students not only find us but choose us.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, international marketing team driven by creativity, innovation, and a shared ambition to craft digital experiences that make a difference. We push boundaries to connect with our audience in meaningful ways, and we have fun while doing it.

This role is based in Copenhagen and reports directly to our Heads of Marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow marketeers in Antwerp and Lisbon, so occasional travel will be part of your experience.

What you’ll be driving forward in this role:

  • Lead and execute high-impact digital strategies across SEO, SEM and paid social. Collaborating with the local operations teams, your work will directly power occupancy and brand visibility.
  • Transform data into action. Use insights and analytics to shape the lead generation journey with a creative edge.
  • Lead the customer experience on our website, from content management to exploring new digital solutions in collaboration with our agency.
  • Take control of the online budget. Track performance, optimise spend, and make data-driven decisions that deliver real results.
  • Activate and evolve our email marketing efforts, turning potential leads into loyal residents and ambassadors through targeted, engaging campaigns.
  • Focus on PL, DE, DK & SE while supporting the team on our entire EU portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in running digital performance marketing
  • Being analytical is in your DNA. You gain energy from evaluating how campaigns have performed effectively, and can help identify occupancy challenges before it happens
  • As a specialist, you have insight into business models and can spot digital opportunities that arise
  • You are good at organising and can lead a project from thought to implementation, while not being afraid of getting your hands dirty when needed
  • You’re not afraid of hands-on content creation and can trial and error your way to the best performing ads
  • You have a keen eye for digital trends and enjoy bringing new developments to the attention of your colleague
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Danish, Polish or Swedish and excellent in English
  • Knowledge of Polish market is an advantage
