Supply Chain & Operations Manager

WESERVE (www.weserve.studio) is looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to support our CEO in managing and scaling our growing business and value chain opportunities.

What you’ll do
In this role, you'll take responsibility for overseeing and improving the daily flow of products from our European partners to distributors in the Nordic, UK & Poland and countries to come.
You will:
- Monitor and coordinate logistics and order fulfilment
- Support planning of production, inventory and supply timelines
- Ensure stock accuracy and performance reporting
- Liaise with external suppliers and freight providers
- Identify operational improvements and implement new processes
- Assist with documentation, compliance and ERP maintenance
As you grow into the role, you'll gain more strategic oversight, supporting broader operations and helping build a reliable, scalable supply chain for the future.
Who you are
You are structured, curious, and solution-oriented, someone who thrives on keeping things moving and improving every step. You bring a strong "can do" attitude and care about purpose-driven work. Ideally, you have a/are:
- Background in operations, logistics, supply chain or finance (education/experience)
- Comfortable with Excel and cloud-based tools (ERP, CRM, WMS)
- Communicate fluently in English (Danish is a plus)
- Excited to contribute to a mission-focused company
- Open to occasional travels to our suppliers & distributors
