We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with a sharp focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Lean principles. The position reports directly to the Operations Director.

What You'll Do

As Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our manufacturing floor, ensuring every part of the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your role will be critical in delivering exceptional results that keep our customers and our team moving forward.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing and enforcing safe working practices across all operations.
• Leading, supporting, and empowering production supervisors to strengthen daily performance management.
• Monitoring and improving overall production metrics to ensure optimal output.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs, increase quality, and improve delivery times.
• Overseeing planning for capacity, manpower, raw materials, and machinery.
• Managing production costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
• Coordinating cross-functional resources in production, engineering, and maintenance to meet manufacturing goals.
• Collaborating with departments such as Purchasing, HR, Materials, Shipping, IT, Quality, and Accounting to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Working closely with Quality teams to address customer return issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring equipment is maintained and production lines are balanced through capacity planning.
• Overseeing product, process, and engineering release management, including forecasting future equipment needs.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 10 years of operation management in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of OPEX, lean manufacturing, and ISO/TS certification processes.
• Familiarity with IATF standards and electro-mechanical assembly practices.
• Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
