Warehouse Coordinator & Team Lead

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for leading teams? We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator & Team Lead that can play a key role in ensuring our Supply Chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will take charge of daily warehouse operations while leading a dedicated team to deliver on key business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse functions: quality control, inbound handling, goods reception, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor delivery performance and reporting to the Procurement team.
• Verify shipping documents (packing lists, delivery notes etc.).
• Maintain and update the serial number archive.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Prioritize internal tasks and maintain the product backlog.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods in line with company expectations.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in warehouse operations and administration. Strong IT skills and familiarity with warehouse systems are essential, as well as solid communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
