
Business Support Coordinator
We are seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our commercial team at Sani Membranes A/S. You will play a key role in supporting our commercial and sales operations — including maintaining and developing our CRM system, providing insightful sales analysis and reporting, active involvement in sales process from quote to order, organizing international trade fairs etc.

We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to help us bring structure, efficiency and insights to our sales and market activities.
Your Role
As our Business Support Coordinator, you will report to the Global Sales & Process Technology Manager, and you will play a vital role in supporting and improving our commercial operations and insights.
You will make an impact by:
- Assist the direct customer sales activities (e.g. following up on customer requests, preparing and sending quotations, and executing sales.)
- Increase sales and customer insights (e.g. develop and maintain our CRM system)
- Support, plan and execute trade fairs, events, and customer activities
- Develop and maintain sales reporting tools to support decision-making
- Collaborate closely with the sales, technical, and leadership teams to align commercial efforts
We imagine you have:
- A can-do and hands-on working style
- An eye for details and structure
- Interest and flair for working with data and reporting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding and/or experience with process technology, engineering or similar technology (is a plus)
- Experience or interest in the pharmaceutical industry (is a plus)
