Property and Service Assistant

Together with professional colleagues, our +450 apartments in Copenhagen needs servicing, and we are therefore looking for dedicated employees for service tasks in Copenhagen.

For quick and varied tasks, we are seeking committed employees who are ready to take on challenges. Do you work best when juggling many tasks and handling diverse responsibilities, and can't be confined to a desk? Then you are exactly who we are looking for.

For our apartments in Greater Copenhagen, we are looking for a motivated and reliable skilled/unskilled individual to service the apartments.

Job tasks:

The tasks are very varied and can include the following areas:

• Cleaning of apartments
• Ensuring that our apartments are always 100% ready for use.
• Assessing whether certain items need to be replaced.
• Ensuring the apartment is move-in ready.
• Ready for working during the weekends.

Professional skills:

• You may have practical experience in one or more service fields.
• You are in good physical shape.
• You are self-driven and take responsibility for all tasks.
• You are thorough and quality conscious.
• You are responsible and reliable.
• Danish/English or English/Danish.

Personal qualities:

• You are sociable and approachable.
• You are committed and flexible.
• You are reliable and punctual.

Valid driver license is needed
