About the team
At Autorola Solutions, we are currently expanding and looking to add new members to our team as Business Process Consultants. As part of a diverse team of 8 skilled Business Process Consultants in DK and 2 in Germany, your primary focus will be on customer onboarding projects related to Autorola's flagship solution, "Fleet Monitor." This solution seamlessly integrates with customers' systems, supporting their workflow throughout the entire car lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal. Fleet owners, including banks, leasing companies, dealers, and OEMs, rely on this solution to efficiently process and manage their car volumes.
Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in both pre-sales assistance and project management, ensuring the successful implementation and configuration of customer solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the project lead, ensuring the continuous alignment of goals, scopes, processes, timelines, and budgets with various internal and external stakeholders, following Autorola's established project model.
- Assisting the Sales team and Key Account Managers in identifying the right solution for each customer based on their specific needs and expectations, aligning them with the technical capabilities of "Fleet Monitor" (both standard and customized features).
- Participating in meetings with customers and colleagues from around the world.
- Configuring and integrating the system to meet the customer's requirements.
- Implementing and providing training to customers on Autorola solutions.
- Developing user guides for new functionalities as needed.
- Providing general customer support and assistance on third level basis.
You will be part of a well-established international organization experiencing significant growth, particularly in the German, Australian, French, Spanish, and UAE markets. Collaboration with colleagues from different subsidiaries worldwide will be essential to deliver the best possible solutions and support to customers. With flexibility to work from anywhere, the team values a healthy work-life balance and offers mutual flexible working hours. Up to maximum 20 travelling days per year should be expected.
Your qualifications
To excel in this role as a Business Process Consultant, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in project management, particularly in system implementation, business management, software specifications, and configuration.
- Experience working with Workflow Management Systems is an advantage.
- The ability to translate customer demands into digital solutions that add value.
- A customer-oriented approach with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and comfortably navigating different time zones, cultures and languages.
- A well-rounded skill set, bridging the gap between business and IT and having a comprehensive understanding of both sides.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a high professional level.
- Proficiency in spoken and written German at a professional level is advantageous.
