As part of our continued growth, we’re scaling our core platforms and investing in empowered product teams that are curious, collaborative, and customer-focused. You’ll be joining our Solutions development department, working closely with a skilled and supportive cross-functional team.

Your role

As a Product Owner at Autorola, your mission is clear: ensure your team is solving the most valuable problems — and doing so in ways that benefit both users and the business.

You’ll act as the connective tissue between business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities. Together with the Product Manager and development team, you’ll shape product direction, explore opportunities, and translate insights into clear, outcome-oriented backlog items.

This is not just about managing tickets — it’s about being a central force in a product team that learns, adapts, and delivers solutions that make a measurable impact.

Your responsibilities

As Product Owner, you play a key role in bridging customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities. You ensure the team stays focused on solving the right problems and delivering solutions that create real impact. Additionally, you will:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to reflect the most valuable customer and business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and your product team to explore problems, align expectations, and maintain clarity
  • Break down roadmap initiatives into well-defined, outcome-driven user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Use data, user feedback, and ongoing discovery to guide priorities, validate assumptions, and support continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

Whether you’ve worked as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in a similar role, we believe you’ll thrive with us if you bring:

  • A strong product mindset: you care about outcomes over output and value learning fast
  • Curiosity and empathy: you’re driven to understand real customer problems
  • Collaboration skills: you work well with developers, UX, QA, and stakeholders alike
  • Structured thinking and clear communication: you help others see the "why" behind the "what"
  • Agile experience: you’re comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments

What we offer

You will get the opportunity to work for a fast-growing company that works with some of the strongest brands in the world within the automotive industry. We are an established company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Our environment is characterized by an informal and easygoing communicative culture. Our headquarters are located right by the railway station at Skibhusvej 52 A 5000 Odense C.

You will be included in the pension scheme and health insurance, as well as get the chance to participate in the company’s social events. We offer a good lunch arrangement, a fitness room, and we like to end the week in our Friday bar.

Want to join the team?

We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible, so if you see yourself thriving in taking on the above-mentioned tasks, then we will be looking forward to receiving your application. Remember that the above description of the position is the ideal requirements for a candidate, however, we strongly believe in inclusion and diversity, for which reason we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all requirements.

We will be reviewing applications and CVs on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to remove the advertisement when we find the right candidate.
