Digital CRO Specialist
– Join our award-winning digital team
We’re looking for an experienced CRO Specialist to join our growing digital team. This is a newly created role, focused on driving revenue growth by improving the conversion performance of our e-commerce flows—from homepage to checkout and including our donor recruitment journey.
You’ll play a central role in identifying optimisation opportunities, leading experimentation, and improving user journeys across the full funnel. Using data, customer insight, and UX know-how, you’ll take ownership of the CRO testing roadmap and work closely with colleagues across teams to deliver measurable impact.
If you’re excited by continuous improvement and want to make a meaningful difference from day one, this role offers the opportunity to establish how we work with CRO as an integral part of our digital growth strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Turn insights into action by analysing web data, user behaviour, client feedback, and market trends.
- Own and implement a CRO testing roadmap—prioritising high-impact opportunities while balancing quick wins with more in-depth, data-driven experiments across both consumer and donor journeys.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like VWO, and help embed test winners into the live experience.
- Lead key optimisation projects—landing pages, sign-up flows, checkout improvements, etc.
- Work with marketing and traffic data to ensure users land on the most relevant, high-converting pages.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing colleagues to build and evaluate experiments.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics (CVR, bounce, funnel drop-off), report results clearly to stakeholders, and turn insights into actions.
What you bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital analytics, or optimising e-commerce user journeys.
- Strong understanding of funnel performance, e-commerce KPIs, and UX best practices.
- Proficiency in GA4, Mouseflow/Hotjar/Clarity, and A/B testing platforms (e.g. VWO).
- A test-and-learn mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
- Great communication skills—you can translate numbers into narratives.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and BI tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (useful when scoping test feasibility).
What we offer
- A friendly, international workplace where your work matters
- A team that prioritises having fun while getting great results
- Hybrid setup (we’re based in Copenhagen)
- A mission-driven company helping people become parents
- The chance to contribute to award-winning digital work — we recently won 5 Danish Digital Awards, including Gold in Best in Digital Health
