The Role
As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and support of our grading products. Your initial focus will be on the development of a new dozer/grading product, working closely with R&D, product experts, and our international dealer network.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Odense, with 10–15 travel days annually for fieldwork, dealer visits, and collaboration across markets.
This role is ideal for you who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration — and who brings real-world experience with dozers and graders or similar.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Development
- Contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing ones
- Evaluate alternative hardware options
- Define specifications, lead or support development projects
- Test features and ensure clear documentation
- Collaborate across departments and with partners
Third-Level Technical Support
- Be the expert on Makin 3D grading products
- Support dealer product specialists with advanced troubleshooting
- Provide insights from the field on product needs and areas for improvement
- Reduce support needs by improving product usability and reliability
Testing & Documentation
- Perform structured product testing throughout the release cycle
- Document product performance and behavior
- Provide data and reports to support release readiness
Quality & Training
- Identify and act on quality issues based on testing and market feedback
- Participate in quality improvement projects
- Help train internal teams and external partners
- Support go-to-market activities for new solutions
What You Will Bring
- Hands-on experience with dozer / grader or similar systems, is an advantage
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong technical understanding of construction equipment and workflows
- Experience with machine control systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluent English skills – both spoken and written
- Danish language skills are an advantage
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15 days annually
