Are you passionate about watches and customer service? Become the Boutique Manager at our new Store in Copenhagen!

Bucherer has five exclusive stores in the heart of Copenhagen and a strong position in the Danish market. In November 2025, we will open the first Vacheron Constantin Boutique in the Nordics on Strøget. We are looking for a Boutique Manager who wants to help build something special from the ground up and create a world-class customer experience.

Vacheron Constantin is one of the world's most prestigious watch brands, it is also the oldest, founded in 1755. With an annual production of around 20,000 watches, each watch is the result of uncompromising craftsmanship and timeless innovation.

The leadership role

We are looking for a leader, preferably with a background in hospitality or high-end retail, who is ready to take the customer experience to a new level, where detail is essential, and the guest is always at the center. You will lead a new team, shape the culture and be an ambassador for both Bucherer and Vacheron Constantin.

We are looking for a Boutique Manager who has;

  • Solid management experience in the luxury segment, preferably from the retail or watch industry
  • Are motivated by seeing others grow and succeed, and are a skilled leader
  • Have business knowledge, are goal-orientated and thrive on taking responsibility
  • Passionate about watches, details and exceptional customer service
  • Can take everyday life from good to extraordinary, both for your team and our customers
  • Can create a store environment that matches Vacheron Constantin's heritage and aesthetic

We imagine that you have worked with high-end guest experiences and thrive on delivering personalised and engaged service every single day, and that you can show;

  • Several years of management experience in hospitality or high-end retail
  • A strong sense of customer experience, storytelling and visual presentation
  • Management experience and the ability to develop and retain employees
  • A natural host and an eye for what makes an experience unforgettable
  • An interest in luxury products and an understanding of the exclusive customer journey
