
Customer Support Consultant
As our new Customer Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role at VOCAST, working closely with our Customer Success and Development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting our lifestyle customers, helping them navigate their customised digital solutions on our platform.
You will proactively troubleshoot issues, analyse user feedback, and collaborate with the product team to drive continuous improvements. As part of your training and development, you will gain deep technical knowledge of our platform and contribute to refining customer support processes.
As a key full-time member of our Copenhagen office, you will be part of an international and growing tech company with a creative and dynamic culture. You will work with both Danish and international clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and strategic guidance to maximise the value of our platform. Your tasks:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently through email and phone channels during office hours.
- Conduct training sessions to help customers maximise the platform’s potential.
- Provide strategic guidance on platform usage and performance optimisation.
- Share valuable insights and feedback with management to enhance our services.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business, Communications, IT or related field
- Familiarity with digital tools - SaaS products in particular
- Basic IT skills: Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Experience in customer support, IT support, or technical troubleshooting and integrations.
- Proactive and self-driven with a customer-oriented problem solving approach
- Fluency in English & Danish with strong written and verbal communication skills
