Test & Process Specialist

One of our colleagues in our SAP & Shared Solutions team have taken on new challenges within Digital Solutions and you now have the possibility of being our new colleague. We are looking for someone who enjoys turning a complex landscape into strong processes, thereby improving the way we work.

You will be a part of the SAP & Shared Solutions team working with 12 skilled and experienced colleagues in Denmark, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden and UK that provides support, integrations and IT solutions to the business within SAP and other relevant business functions. You will take on a key role in the department ensuring the continuous improvement and stabilisation of our key processes both internally and towards our external partners.

Your workplace will be on our office in either Herning or Horsens.

This is what you will be doing

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Optimize and control processes in our work with external support supplier
  • Analyze and improve processes and documentation related to test in projects
  • Analyze complex data and turn it into presentations for key stakeholders to enforce correct decisions
  • Design, develop, and improve reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Project coordination of small-medium projects inside the department

This is your background

First, you have a strong passion for working with many stakeholders, analysing data and turning good ideas into action. Furthermore, you have:

  • Relevant educational background on candidate level or experience on similar level
  • Previous experience working with KPI, document handling, process improvements, data analysis and similar
  • 2-3 years of experience working with implementation of new key initiatives into business
  • Very good cooperation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid IT skills and fluent in English

We also welcome applications from freshly graduated candidates, who gained relevant experience as part of their study.

  • High interest in analyzing data and structuring processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
