About the job:
We are looking for an engaged and structured colleague for our European logistics department, who will be affiliated with our French department. You will be part of our dynamic team that handles transport and logistics for our auction centers in Europe. From our office in Vejle, you will work closely with our colleagues in France and contribute to delivering professional service to our customers.
Tasks:
- Booking of transport and shipments both locally and internationally.
- Handling customer inquiries and requests in French.
- Following up on transport orders and delivery times.
- Contact with suppliers and coordination with French and international colleagues and customers.
- Ensuring correct transport and customer data across work areas and the organization.
Profile:
- You are organized and pay attention to detail
- You are solution-oriented and able to adapt to changes.
- You are a good colleague with a positive attitude who contributes to the team.
- You are service-minded and thrive in an international work environment.
Background:
- You speak and write fluent French and English.
- You provide customers with the best possible experience.
- You have experience using Office365 and a solid understanding of IT systems.
- Experience with customer contact and/or transport and logistics is an advantage.
- You are used to working with deadlines and managing them.
