Our Workplace Solutions team, consisting of six dedicated professionals, ensures that our employees have the best tools and technologies to work efficiently, whether in the office or remotely.
You will be part of a growing and innovative IT organization, ensuring that our workplace technologies support business growth, collaboration, and security at an international scale. Your primary work location will be our office in Herning, Denmark, with some travel to our European sites (approximately 10 days per year).

This is what you will bring to the team
As a Workplace Solutions Engineer, you will focus on optimizing, maintaining, and securing workplace technologies across multiple locations. In your role you will take part in some of the following tasks:
- Operate and improve workplace IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
- Manage end-user environments across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and print services
- Maintain and evolve workplace architecture and solutions across locations
- Support and implement hybrid workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, RDS
- Collaborate with architects and service delivery teams on the rollout of new workplace solutions
- Provide second-level support to Service Delivery teams and end-users
- Optimize endpoint management through SCCM and Intune, and ensure compliant hardware/software deployment
- Oversee and support telephony services, print infrastructure, and global IT equipment standards
- Maintain asset and configuration management processes, ensuring accurate CMDB data
- Implement and support workplace policies, licenses, and software lifecycle management
- Monitor and enhance system performance, capacity, and security
- Support application ownership and lifecycle activities for business-critical workplace platforms
What you bring to the team
We are looking for a structured and tech-savvy professional with expertise in workplace technologies and IT operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in workplace IT solutions or IT infrastructure operations
- A relevant educational background in IT, networking, or systems administration
- Strong English communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, SCCM, Intune, or similar workplace technologies
Technical competencies:
- Experience with modern workplace solutions, collaboration tools and Print Services.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, cloud services, and virtualization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize IT infrastructure performance.
Behavioral competencies:
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
- Collaborative mindset, working well in cross-functional teams.
- User-focused approach, ensuring high-quality IT services.
