Student Worker - Documentation
Did you finalize your studies (Gymnasiet/Handelsskolen (STX, HHX or HTX) and are planning on taking a break whilst deciding what to do next? Then we might have the perfect 12-month job for you. We are looking for a Student Worker to support our Documentation department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while making a tangible impact on the renewable energy industry.

About the job
Your job will be maintaining our Documentation Management system based on SharePoint platform such as:
- Updating documents to new templates
- Updating metadata in our Documentation Management System (SharePoint)
- Publishing documents
- Reviewing documents
- Handling various administrative and ad-hoc tasks
You will also have the opportunity to have minor technical writer tasks.
The position is full-time (37 hours a week) on a 12-month fixed-terms contract in Lind near Herning.
To ensure a proper handover and training, we would like you to start 1st July 2025.
Professional experience:
You have finalized STX, HHX or HTX and show excellent proficiency in MS office and have a flair for learning new IT-systems.
As the documentation is both in Danish and English it is important that you are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
It is not needed that you have experience working with administrative tasks, however a natural interest in the area as well as a high level of service-mindedness is a must. We will make sure to support you with the proper training.
