Graduation Host at CBS
Are you energetic, welcoming, and excited to be part of an unforgettable moment for graduating students? Join us as a Graduation Host at Copenhagen Business School!
We are looking for friendly and proactive individuals to help create a warm and organized atmosphere during CBS's graduation season.
Details:
- Period: 6 weeks, starting May 19th, 2025
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Location: Copenhagen Business School campus
- Compensation: 115 dkk per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome graduating students, families, and guests.
- Provide directions and answer questions about the day's events and campus.
- Guide celebrations into designated areas to ensure a respectful environment for those still studying or taking exams.
- Help maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere throughout the graduation period.
We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and approachable individuals who enjoy meeting new people.
- Friendly, patient, and service-minded attitude.
- Ability to handle occasional busy moments calmly and professionally.
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
- Knowledge of CBS or experience in similar events is a bonus.
