Project Manager

As we successfully continue to expand our logistics business area with LOGIA WMS, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a customer-facing role that will manage customer relationships and take full ownership of project delivery.
• Proactively ensure the delivery and execution of LOGIA WMS solutions in compliance with agreed specifications and contracts, including timely change management.
• Participate in workshops with the customer, describing the agreed process configuration and requirements for customizations and interfaces as well as hands-on configuration of the LOGIA WMS product to meet the requirements.
• Develop project and milestone plans, specify tasks for the development team, and report on ongoing and forecasted project performance, risks, issues, and resource requirements internally and to customers.
• Actively engage with development team members, sales, management and customers in a structured and communicative manner.

We expect you to have:

• Structured and proactive approach in driving projects forward with commercial awareness.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in working on international IT projects.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Domain knowledge of logistics/warehouse is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development methods and processes is a plus.
• PMI, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus.

Professional Experience:

We imagine that you have a technically relevant background and are a strong, outgoing communicator. You have a solid commercial and growth-oriented understanding, and through your commitment and personality, you create the cohesion that ensures execution for the customer.

You possess a technical understanding of IT solutions and their value to customers, and you understand software development. You desire to become an expert in our LOGIA WMS solution.

The position allows for hybrid work, where you will mainly be working at the office in Aalborg with the possibility of remote work.
