Senior Business Development Manager – Digital Supply Chain Solutions

Roima is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in Denmark. In this role, you'll take full ownership of identifying, engaging, and winning new customers for our advanced supply chain solutions – including but not limited to Logia WMS and PERITO IBP.

Your Mission

As our Senior Business Development Manager, your mission is simple: win new business by identifying high-potential companies and guiding them through a consultative sales process that delivers measurable value through Roima’s digital solutions.

A key focus of the role is to drive sustainable growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from Roima’s software solutions by securing new SaaS contracts and expanding existing customer relationships. Leveraging your extensive B2B experience within digital supply chain solutions, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, selling value-driven digital solutions, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

You will drive Roima’s expansion in Denmark, with an initial focus on our leading solutions in Warehouse Management (Logia WMS) and Integrated Business Planning (PERITO IBP).

While working locally, you’ll be an integral part of Roima’s international sales team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Northern Europe and the US to contribute to the company’s ambitious growth agenda in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition across Denmark with a laser focus on high-value B2B opportunities
  • Develop and execute a business development plan focused on selling digital solutions within Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain across Denmark.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging potential clients and managing the full sales cycle in close collaboration with internal pre-sales and solution teams.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to support ongoing business growth.
  • Represent Roima at industry events and conferences, promoting our thought leadership expertise and expanding our professional network.
  • Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing, ensuring that our technical capabilities stay aligned with market trends and evolving customer needs.

What You Bring?

  • B2B Consultative selling experience
    • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, solution sales or consultative selling
    • Proven experience of successfully working with SaaS solution/digital solutions
    • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline, drive value-led conversations, and close complex deals
    • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
  • Supply Chain & Industry Know-how:
    • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and processes, warehouse management, or planning systems
    • Experience in selling WMS, MES, IBP, APS, or other ERP-related solutions is a plus
    • Background within planning/operation/logistics in a production or supply chain context and/or similar experience from a leading consultancy firm with supply chain.
    • Insight into the entire supply value chain from Order to Cash – strategic, tactical & operational planning
    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
  • Business Development Competences
    • Structured approach to stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate complex customer organizations
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both operational users and senior decision-makers at C-level.
    • Strong focus on value-adding business development, including identifying new opportunities and expanding the share of wallet at existing customers
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and thrives both independently and in collaborative team environments
    • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
    • Willingness to travel within Denmark to meet customers
