
Cook – Italian Cuisine (Tivoli Food Hall)
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a qualified Cook specializing in Italian cuisine, with a minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Italian dishes, with a focus on quality and presentation
- Prepare fresh pasta daily
- Prepare sauces using only fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Italian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian recipes and cooking techniques
- Experience in making fresh pasta is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliability, professionalism, and passion for authentic Italian food
Workplace:
The kitchen is located inside Tivoli Food Hall.
