Bilingual Client Care Assistant for our chat team – Student position

As a Client Care Assistant at European Sperm Bank, you will work for an organisation striving to help people all over the world fulfil their dream of becoming parents.

Your primary task is to assist our customers primarily on the chat and with smaller admin tasks.

You enjoy being part of a friendly, fast-paced and international work environment and always focusing on meeting customer expectations and delivering at a high standard.

On a personal note, you’re warm and welcoming adapting your communication to suit different customer and clients needs. Therefore, communication is probably the main focus of your current studies – and you will benefit from gaining additional competencies by ESB’s unique counselling and communication methodologies, which you will be trained in.

You work in a systematic, methodical way by following procedures and policies and complies with legal obligations requirements in the role.

You speak and write English fluently and if you can add Danish and German to the list, it is a bonus.

The position is approx. 8-12 hours a week primarily between 3 PM and 9 PM on all week days. You are able to be offered extra work hours during day hours as well to support on the chat and in case of training sessions. During your onboarding the training will take place during regular working hours adjusted to your studies.
