We are now looking for an ambitious Sales & Market Developer to represent Bixter in Italy, drive client acquisition, and become a key player in our mission to create fair and sustainable international work opportunities.

Your Role and Impact

As our Sales & Market Developer, you will lead our expansion into the Italian market, acting as both a strategic partner and a local ambassador for Bixter.

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to potential Italian companies within our target sectors.
  • Design and implement smart acquisition strategies for new clients and job opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing agreements aligned with our international recruitment model.

2. Representation & Brand Promotion

  • Be the face of Bixter in Italy, promoting our services with clarity and impact.
  • Represent the brand across channels, ensuring our value proposition resonates with Italian employers.
  • Boost local brand visibility through strategic communication and partnerships.

3. Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide first-class support to companies during the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Foster long-term relationships by offering reliable follow-up and personalized service.
  • Act as a seamless bridge between Italian clients and our international HQ team.

4. Networking & Industry Engagement

  • Attend and represent Bixter at relevant trade fairs, conferences, and business gatherings.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within the Italian agribusiness, hospitality, and production sectors.
  • Stay present and active in key professional networks to drive growth and referrals.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor Italian industry developments and provide strategic insights to our central team.
  • Deliver regular reports on outreach efforts, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with Bixter’s values, standards, and operational frameworks.

What You Bring

  • Solid background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian business culture and industry networks.
  • A track record of building lasting B2B relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and with purpose.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy for client meetings and events.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
