ORTEC Nordic is growing fast and opening up for this exciting role as an International Implementation Consultant for our Workforce Solutions.
We deliver solutions for large International A-level brands to improve and optimize Logistics and Workforce related business processes, optimizing the positive impact on business, people and planet. As an International Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial part in this delivery.
You will interact frequently with your customers to get a clear understanding of their daily business process and needs. You will work closely with a lead consultant and solution architect to find a way to address these challenges within the ORTEC optimization software. Each client presents unique challenges, requiring tailored approaches for every project. Some projects may last three months, while others can extend up to a year, with ongoing weekly engagements to continuously enhance their operations. And finally, you will implement the software in such a way that we deliver impact and have satisfied customers. As a part of the ORTEC Nordic team, you help us growing in making this impact.
You will work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including retail, logistics, catering, health, cleaning, government organizations, security, and leisure. Your portfolio will include notable companies across the globe such as DHL, Attendo, S-Group, Martin & Servera, DB Cargo, Rio Tinto Australia, Mehiläinen and many others.
Position summary
- Analysis of the customers planning process together with the lead consultant
- Participating in customer meetings to understand their requirements
- Installing and configuring the application(s)
- Designing and building interfaces with other application
- Implementing new, complementary modules of the application
- Participate in continuous improvement programs with customers to optimize their planning processes

Who are you
Required skills:
- 0-5 years of experience
- Able to handle high complexity, analytical skills, eye for quality
- Communicative and motivated by client focus and contact
- Creative and enthusiastic about sharing your ideas and know-how
- Passionate about IT, it’s not just your job
- Educated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a technical background with good knowledge about SQL, XSL and XML is preferred
- Team player and can work with people with different backgrounds within an international environment
- You are currently living in Denmark and can fluently communicate in English (verbally and in writing)
- Multiple Nordic languages is a pro
