About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Controller to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious goals within the green transition. As a Project Controller, you’ll be the link between the finance department and our operational teams in Sweden and Denmark. You’ll be a key player in optimizing and automating our project budgeting and reporting processes. Plus, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the implementation of a new project management system and shape future processes for project control.
You are a team-player, have a positive attitude and a hands-on approach and deliver high-quality work. You will report to the Group CFO and will be joining a finance team of four.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with project managers to maintain project health and ensure timely and accurate information flows
- Prepare monthly project performance reports, including work-in-progress calculations, variance analysis, liquidity budgets and other key performance indicators
- Optimize project control processes for efficient monitoring and reporting
- Prepare audit materials for work in progress.
About You
You have a solid foundation in project control and finance. You’ve likely spent a few years in a project controller or financial controller role, and you have the skills to back it up. Here’s what we imagine:
• A relevant educational background at the bachelor’s or master’s level.
• 6-8 years of experience with project economics and controlling.
• Experience with project management, risk management, and financial follow-up.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on automation.
• Expertise in Excel, and experience with Power BI is a plus.

You are structured, proactive, and solution oriented. You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, thrive in a role that allows independence, and bring strong collaboration skills to the table.
