Customer Excellence Manager

EET Group is looking for a Customer Excellence Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team.

The Role

We are looking for a talented, ambitious, high-performing, and commercially oriented Customer Excellence Manager to play a key operational role in developing and driving commercial excellence. This will involve better customer understanding, identification of development areas, and implementation of value-creating activities.

This is an individual contributor role, but you will be part of the Commercial Excellence team, supporting all our sales entities across Europe. The team also includes a Pricing function and several other key roles, all committed to delivering commercial support and ensuring a high level of excellence throughout our sales organisation. You will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence.

The Commercial team has a balanced mix of experienced members and newer colleagues. Our focus is on enhancing growth and efficiency, ensuring we support our sales colleagues with the best tools and high-quality deliverables.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention and recruitment, successfully implement value-creating processes, and drive strategic initiatives that improve sales performance across markets. Your effectiveness in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and driving collaborative efforts will also be key indicators of success.

The Job

  • Working with customer recruitment, customer retention and satisfaction, value propositioning, self-service, customer value, and customer journey
  • Identification of customer value-creating processes and process efficiency
  • Participate in business and market analysis, enabling and implementing the right strategic initiatives to improve sales performance for all customers
  • Enhance customer and sales growth and cooperation across markets
  • Build and maintain a strong internal network with many stakeholder-functions and across markets.
  • Roll-out targeted initiatives, coordinate, and support

Your Profile

  • Your educational background is of less importance, but you need to have a strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience from a similar role.
  • Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
  • Solid process and project management skills.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, a preferably one other language.
