Sales Excellence Specialist to support our CSO and CEO

EET Group is looking for a dynamic, high performing Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence Team. You will be working with the CEO and the CSO on a daily basis to ensure we deliver on our strategic priorities.

The Role

The role is based in our Commercial Excellence Team and will report to the Director for Commercial Excellence, but you will be working closely with the CSO and the CEO to ensure that our 24 markets deliver on their plans and budgets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring sales tools are rolled out and implemented in the respective markets.

Success in this role is all about creating the right collaboration with the Managing Directors for our markets, thereby ensuring strong organic sales growth.

The Job

The role is a combination of operational tasks and responsibilities combined with strategic impact.

  • Serve as a pivotal operational assistant to the CSO and Commercial function, assisting with the execution of the commercial strategy.
  • Ensure strategic alignment in activities related to commercial objectives to facilitate progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Follow up on action plans and report on the outcomes of strategic projects and initiatives, providing regular updates.
  • Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations, ensuring that all materials accurately reflect the company’s strategic direction and objectives.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings (e.g., business reviews), including both content creation and the planning of locations, flights, hotels, and agendas.
  • Translate complex processes into simplified presentations for effective communication across the commercial organisation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional activities to ensure collaboration and coherence across departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Managing Directors offering guidance and support on selected strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

  • You have a master’s degree from CBS, and 2-3 years of experience from a similar role.
  • Language skills: DK & UK as a minimum. Nordic proficiency an advantage, plus additional skills (DE, FR, SP) is also an advantage.
  • Preferably experience from or knowledge of the IT hardware-sector.
  • Experience working cross-geo, understanding, and accepting cultural differences.
  • Powerpoint (experienced user) and preferably Dynamics 365. Rest of Office365 and Navison (average user)
  • You are based in the Greater area of Copenhagen, but we are open to other locations, as long as you have flexibility to travel frequently.
