The Role

EET International is looking for a customer and service oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aarhus and support our account managers in their daily work. The daily workplace will be based in our office in Aarhus, Denmark, but Eastern Europe is where we do our business. We anticipate that the new colleague performs well in a team environment and have the exceptional people skills.

The Job

• Provide assistance to customer’s orders, account statuses and other relevant issues.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Support sales and help to achieve monthly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Stay up to date with new products and feature launches.
• Always ensure excellent customer service and support.

Your Profile

• Experience from sales position or similar in the international environment.
• Prior knowledge and understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Very strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
