The collection of information on Jobindex is performed in accordance with currently applicable legislation.
Within these terms and conditions, "we" refers to the data controller and data manager(s).
Personal information - Jobindex CV database
When you create and enter a CV in our CV database, it is then registered and stored by the data controller and data manager.
The purpose of registration is naturally so that businesses which are interested in your services will be able to contact you through the Jobindex CV database.
Personal information which can potentially identify you (email address, name, address, telephone number and photo) are as a general rule not available to businesses.
You should therefore be aware that you should not write in any information which can identify you in any other fields than those given.
Businesses can read and search in the relevant qualification data so that they can decide whether or not you are of interest to them. If the business wants to get in contact with you, then you will receive a message about this at Jobindex. If you are interested, then you can yourself choose to enter into a dialogue and thereby volunteer your identity. We are thereafter not responsible for the business in question's management of personal circumstances or other circumstances. If you are not interested in the enquiry, then you can reject the contact and remain anonymous.
You can however also choose to allow your CV to be shown in personal form in our CV database. Your personal data such as name, email, telephone and possible photo as well as a more detailed description of your work experience will then become available for all firms seeking staff in the CV database. If you choose to "Follow" one or more businesses at Jobindex, then these business will gain access to the mentioned personal data.
Jobindex registers which employers and recruiting firms read and contact which CVs, and all mail sent through the system is registered. The CV database has an additional function, where recruiting firms and temp agencies have the possibility of writing comments and notes about the CVs for their own internal use. Jobindex' own recruitment department also functions as a recruiting firm and can thus also write comments and notes about the CVs.
Personal information - Jobindex Online Applications
If you apply for a position via our online system for applications, then we hide your personal data (application and CV) in our system as long as we have a concrete, reasonable cause for doing so. It is only Jobindex and that business that is seeking staff that has access to your data in conjunction with your online application and CV.
We also store your personal data at the conclusion of a specific application process, so that you can automatically be considered for future available positions.
Personal information
You may not enter or upload sensitive personal data that relates to, for example, religion, race, political affiliations, union affiliations, sexual orientation or ethnicity at Jobindex. We are namely not authorized to register that type of data, and if we are made aware that it exists, then we will remove it.
SurveyXact
We use the survey system SurveyXact for our analysis. When you take part in an analysis your email address is shared with SurveyXact, i.e. it is stored in the SurveyXact system. Your email address will not be used for any other purposes and data will be handled confidentially in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. Tracking technologies
Web pages and emails from Jobindex may contain a small transparent image file or line of code (known as web beacons/gifs, page tags, script) to record how you interact with them. They are used to help us to better analyse and improve our services based on your browsing behaviour and interests. For example by knowing which web pages you visit or which elements of a page you viewed, when and for how long, whether you viewed and/or clicked on a link on the website or whether you opened or clicked on marketing emails sent to you.
Insight into your data
You can always see and correct your data by logging in and choosing the relevant menu category. If you need help, then you can contact Jobindex via support@jobindex.dk or by writing to the data controller.
We retain the right to change your provided information in the case we are made aware that your CV contains incorrect or illegal information. This will however not normally occur, and we will inform you about such changes.
Deletion of your information
You can at any time delete your data by logging in and choosing the relevant function, or by contacting the data controller in writing. If you want us to delete all of your registered data, then you must delete your entire user profile, and not just your CV.
We automatically delete your data after 5 years, calculated from the last date you updated them.
Disclaimer
We retain the right to remove your information in the case of misuse or use for improper and/or criminal purposes.
We can not be held responsible for any losses you may suffer because we change or discontinue our service, or because our service is unavailable.
We cannot in any way be held liable for any compensation claims relating to the information available on the website - regardless of the unlikely event that it were incorrect. We can therefore not be held liable for any damages or losses that, directly or indirectly, are incurred due to the information available at Jobindex.
We encourage you to consider these terms and conditions carefully, as it may be necessary to change them. This can, for example, occur in conjunction with changes in our service or changes in the law.
