Stanley Black & Decker is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong commercial mind-set capable of tailoring HR services to support and strengthen the business.

As Nordic HR Manager at Stanley Black & Decker – a world leading tool and safety company, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Tools & Storage (GTS) business units in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland as well as the Stanley Engineering Fastenings (SEF) business unit in Sweden.

You will become part of the Nordic Management Team referring to the Vice President for HR in the Northern region with a dotted-line to the General Manager Nordic. As member of the management team you will be expected to utilise your HR expertise to establish and sustain the organisation and people needed to fulfil the strategic business goals.
