Global Compliance Specialist

Are you passionate about compliance and project management? Do you want to be a part of building a strong global compliance function and culture in Pandora? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

As we are introducing a new global compliance approach, the role will start out as a hybrid between a Compliance Specialist and a Project Manager. You will be involved in building and developing different compliance areas and in the long term also be responsible for one or several of these areas. Further, you will support the Compliance Managers and together drive the compliance agenda while also gaining knowledge to support the privacy agenda. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will be to:

• Implement and maintain compliance initiatives throughout the organization in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Own and execute on compliance training cross legislation and cross business functions/Clusters
