We are looking for an IT Sr. Help Desk Analyst at our Copenhagen site. This is a great opportunity for somebody with excellent Help Desk / Service Desk background experience, who has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a “can do” attitude and superior customer service skills.

In this position you will be part of our Global IT Team consisting of highly skilled employees with various professional backgrounds, nationalities and experiences. Common for all is a high level of professionalism and a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.
