The Wrist Acceleration Program is an intensive 2-year journey built on practical learning designed to hone your professional development and prepare you to become a part of our talent pool.

Working under the guidance of a mentor, you will learn efficient decision-making and develop your own professional network. We offer a fun, energetic and challenging work environment within the disciplines of sales, procurement, logistics and warehouse management.

To supplement the practical education, you will participate in classroom training at four weeklong modules during the 2 years. The training will take place near Wrist’s headquarters in Denmark, where you will join your fellow WAP colleagues from around the world.
