Would you like to be responsible for the technical department of Rosengårdcentret in order to ensure that Rosengårdcentret continues to be positioned as one of the most preferred shopping centres in Denmark?
The main responsibility is to ensure the technical development and operation of Rosengårdcentret by showing professional leadership. You take responsibility of projects within a wide range of Facility Management.
Main Focus Areas:
- Main contact person for all technical matters
- Processing of majority of measures regarding operation
- Realization of maintenance and construction measures up to € 500k without “complex” construction measures
