ISS Denmark is looking for a manager of IT Operations & Support, to join our IT team in Søborg, Denmark.

As our manager of IT Operations & Support, you will be responsible for a team of 3 insourced IT-specialists and will be part of the Danish IT leadership team reporting to the CIO and will play a significant role in ensuring the future success of IT. You will be responsible for following up on operations (outsourced, insourced, hosting, network, mobile etc.) and for ensuring reliable IT infrastructure and related IT operations based on agreed KPIs.

You will be responsible for all technical aspects of our infrastructure as well as collaboration with IT outsourcing companies and your peers in Group IT and you will be an important participant in the ISS global communities on e.g. infrastructure, cloud, identity management, network, and hosting.
