Are you interested in having a key function in controlling, optimizing and ensuring stock levels, movements and document administration? If yes, then this position at Total in Esbjerg office might be your match!

Overall, you have the responsibility of providing accurate stock data, which must be valid, accurate and up-to-date. Furthermore, you will ensure the buy-in of the Technical Administrator in the maintenance of the stock data with respect of the technical aspects.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

Ensure the maintenance of the Material Master Records in SAP
Check and monitor stock requisitions, approve stock requisitions until 25.000 USD and make sure that stock owners are validating the more expensive items
Assure consistency between SAP and physical stock by reporting Physical Inventories and participating in annual stock counts
