We are currently looking for a Quality Control Manager and since our quality control is an essential foundation in our industry, you will as QC Manager become a key player in the production, when it comes to working closely with production managers, and production in general, on reducing cost of poor quality, supporting a good flow in daily operations, and administration of the quality control levels.

As QC Manager, you will be responsible for the Quality Control department with 35 Quality Controllers covering quality control, receiving and calibration functions. You will also become a part of the Quality Assurance department as well as part of the factory's Extended Management Team.

This means that you:

Are visible and available for your 35 blue-collar employees in the metal and composite production areas, in the receiving and calibration areas.
Provide statistics on quality control findings and corrective actions in the factory.
